Why would I want to work with LeaderSHIFT, Inc.?
Our work is based on the principle that people are naturally creative, resourceful and have unique, untapped strengths as opposed to the belief that people are broken and need to be “fixed.” The primary objective of our work together is to challenge people to identify, cultivate and capitalize on their creativity and strengths.
How do we get started?
We schedule a complimentary initial meeting which takes about 90 minutes. We go through a discovery process together – you learn about me, I learn about you, and together we identify your needs.
